ABSTRACT:
Preventing your company's end-users from adding unauthorized applications to their computers can dramatically decrease the risks of malware attacks on the network. Until recently, though, application whitelisting strategies were unable to keep up with users and the fluctuating number of programs operating on each endpoint.

This webcast provides an overview of application whitelisting and discusses how current tools can prevent malware attacks while still allowing users to add and update the applications they need without increasing the burden on IT staff.
