ABSTRACT:
Today almost 90% of investors interact with their portfolio online. In their efforts to secure a greater share of online investors, wealth management firms are racing to build comprehensive, easy-to-use portals that serve their varying needs. So, how are wealth management firms responding to this shift and how do their online offerings compare? More importantly, who is successfully innovating in this space and how are they doing it? This paper looks at some new technologies being used by financial firms to give them a real advantage in attracting and retaining wealthy clients.
