    Matt LePard is the Chief Engineer for Power Generation Systems at American Power Conversion. He graduated from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University (Virginia Tech) in 1998 with a degree in mechanical engineering. Previous to APC he worked for Ingersoll Rand designing advanced fastening tools.
